Hi, I’m Alice!

I teach women the Hypopressives technique to help them improve or eliminate symptoms of POP, bladder symptoms, diastasis and for post baby recovery. Most of the women I work with have already tried other treatments or are struggling with a hypertonic pelvic floor. The Create Lift programme includes a before and after symptoms screen so we can track your progress, and make sure you’re making great progress throughout the programme. I use specific progressions and poses within Hypopressives (Levels 1-3) to specifically target your symptoms and tailor the programme so you get the most out of it. My beginners Create Lift Programme is 1-2-1, to ensure you get the best results. I also offer an 8 week step-by-step Level 2 Online Programme.

I experienced a prolapse (grade 2) after the birth of my third baby, but was able to return to running after 4 months of Hypopressives training – symptom free. My professional background is in gynaecology nursing and I used to work as a Specialist Nurse in Contraception and Sexual Health.
