Physiotherapy may be beneficial solely or in conjunction with specialist urologist/gynaecologist or GP management for many pelvic floor related conditions.

Physiotherapy may also be beneficial during pregnancy or post partum for pelvic floor and joint issues including: low back pain, sacroiliac joint pain, pelvic girdle pain, incontinence, scar management and pelvic organ prolapse.

As a physio we can also help with the desire to increase your exercise tolerance and muscle strength post partum with special consideration to your bodies needs during pregnancy and post natally.
